Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Growthaura Software Services, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and services that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle such requests.

1. Digital Products

All our products—such as source code, Android app templates, and other downloadable digital content—are considered digital goods and are delivered electronically. Once a product is delivered and downloaded, it is deemed “used” and is therefore non-refundable. We recommend reviewing product demos, descriptions, and compatibility details before making a purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders for digital downloads cannot be canceled once the download link has been delivered via email or shown on the screen after payment.

• For customization services, you may cancel your service request within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the development work has not yet begun.

3. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds for downloaded digital products under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product selection
  • Lack of technical knowledge to implement or modify the product

• Refunds may only be issued for customization or service-based orders under the following conditions:

  • Our team fails to deliver the service as described or agreed upon
  • The project has not started, and the cancellation is requested within the initial 12-hour window

• Partial refunds may be considered only if the delivered work is substantially incomplete and cannot be rectified within a reasonable time frame.

4. Exceptions

If a product is found to be defective or not as described due to a technical issue from our side, we may choose to:

• Provide a working version of the product
• Offer support to resolve the issue
• Provide store credit (at our discretion)
